Vogues Podcast “The Run-Through With Vogue“ came out in 2022. It was perfectly at this time that I was super into Vogue and wanted as much content from them as possible. The two hosts, Chloe and Chioma, already both huge parts of the company as editors, started the podcast with the idea of speaking fashion and pop-culture. Their first episode was with Serena Williams (that month’s cover feature).
Each episode they speak to someone either in the fashion industry or someone relevant at the time. Either one of the hosts brings on someone to interview and is essentially in charge of that week’s episode. My favourite are Chiomas weeks because of how established she is and the super interesting people she brings on. Both women keep the podcast light and conversational with humour, but when the time be they cover serious, important, topics due to the large platform they have.

I would recommend listening to the episode “The Making of Chioma’s First September Issue With Kylie Jenner”. It’s a quick episode so it’s an easy listen. The two women go through the making of the 2024 British September Issue, the most important month in fashion. Chioma was the director of her first September issue so this was a big deal. The cover feature, Kylie Jenner, is also featured on the episode, along with the stylists, and photographers of the shoot. Every episode is so interesting and educational because they share how each job works. They speak to how they storyboard and prep.
I would totally recommend to anyone interested in fashion and pop-culture to listen to at least one episode. Whether it be a light episode or one super educational, I would always say it’s worth your time.
